Personally Identifiable Consumer Information & Financial Information
Personally identifiably consumer information collected to process leads may include, but is not limited to, contact information; name, mailing and garaging address, telephone number, fax number and/or email address; information relating to driving license, record and prior insurance history; and such contact information of additional insured’s, if any.
Financial information is collected only from participating agents, brokers and other qualified insurance professionals on our network. Such information is not shared with anyone outside of Cyber Technology LLC, except the merchant bank for the processing of credit card orders, and as otherwise provided herein.
